We were a little unsure about publishing some of the customer testimonials that we have received. We have all read testimonials on websites and can they really be believed?
These testimonials are a small sample of a large number of genuine emails. We know how good our service is but we are constantly surprised and touched by the number of customers who feel compelled to take the time to email us with such positive feedback.
To show a little balance we have included one where a mistake was made and goods had to be changed. We are happy to admit to not being quite perfect (but we are working on it!) but our Customer Service is second to none and this mistake was quickly rectified.
All of our customers are all equally valued regardless of the size and value of their order. We are here to help and are more than happy to do so.
