What Happens If My Order Has Not Arrived?
It is extremely rare for items to get lost in the post. If your package is too large to fit through a standard letterbox and you have not left delivery instructions your package will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail Sorting Office. What SHOULD happen: A Royal Mail calling card is left to inform you that your package has been taken to the Sorting Office for you to collect or to contact them to arrange redelivery.
What OFTEN happens: Royal Mail DO NOT leave a calling card which leaves you unaware that they have attempted delivery and therefore unaware that there is a package waiting to be collected.
If your order has not arrived first contact us to confirm that it has been posted. If so call in at your nearest Sorting Office (it is not possible to get them by phone) and request that they check whether your package is being held there. Or log on to www.royalmail.com and follow the links to arrange a redelivery.
