Disable the Firewall NOT the Anti-Virus Settings to see if that resolves the issue or the following might help within Internet Explorer:

6. Enable 'Always allow session cookies'.
Further to this, you can also go through 1 - 2 above and then:

4. Add in petvetcare.co.uk into the Address of Web site and click Allow button.

Problems Processing Payment Invoice address MUST match the address that appears on your bank statement . You will not be asked for Credit/Debit Card details until you are in the secure padlocked area.
If your payment is refused, the most common cause of payment failure is an invalid Security Number (or CV2). The number required is the last 3 (or 4) numbers that appear printed on the reverse of your card next to the signature strip.

This is a requirement implemented by your bank. If you are experiencing problems with your password please select the second secure payment from the dropdown (NOT Protx).

Order Not Arrived Orders under 1kg are sent by 1st Class Post unless you have selected Special Delivery. Large orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels or direct from our Wholesalers via Interlink.
If you order has been depatched via Royal Mail and has not arrived within 5 working days please check with neighbours or contact your local Post Office. We have had several occasions where items have been held without notification at the Post Office or left with neighbours if there is no one at home to receive the package. |

Frontline Combo/Stronghold/Advantage Frontline Combo, Frontline Spray, Stronghold and Advantage are all POM's (Prescription Only Medicines). This means that they cannot be sold online without a prescription. By law they can only be prescribed by Veterinary Surgeons this prescription can then be filled by a Vet or Pharmacist. |

Do I need to be a Vet to place an order? Pet Vet Care Online is for pet owners and breeders. You do not have to be a Vet to order. |

Can I ship to a different address? We ask that the invoice address is that of the cardholder as it appears on statements. This enables us to perform credit card checks to get authorisation for payment. You can then tick the check box to select a different delivery address on the 'Select a shipping destination' page. Here you can enter the alternative delivery address. |

Shipping Charges & Schedule There is a standard shipping fee of £2.94 (£2.50 + VAT) on all UK orders. Order shipped via this method are NOT insured over £35.

Login You are able to shop without a login or password. If you would like a login and password please email info@petvetcare.co.uk.
This customer account will keep your name and address details stored but NOT credit card details. Whilst we appreciate that it may be inconvenient to enter card details with every order we have chosen not to store any card details anywhere within our website or indeed anywhere else for security reasons. Please note that you DO NOT have to use this login in order to shop, it is purely for your convenience if you choose to use it.
If you are having problems with login your log in is your email address and password is the last group of letters and numbers in your postcode e.g SN4 9QG would be 9QG. Please remember that where there are letters in your password, capitals must be used. Are you using a zero instead of a 'o' or visa versa? this can cause a problem. |
