When to expect delivery:
Food orders over 5kg are shipped via Interlink Courier often next day (not Saturdays) Food under 5kg is shipped using 1st Class Post. Deliveries placed at the beginning of the month may be slightly slower. A signature is required on delivery. Please check that the order is correct and that there is no damage before signing. If you are out Interlink will only leave a delivery if a signed note is left with delivery instructions. In this event you are accepting full responsibility for the order once left. Royal Canin state "The basic ingredients of the food are the same, it is just the protein source that has changed - from fish to duck. We advise that the old fish flavoured food is mixed with the duck initially if possible and that if customers are unsure they should purchase a small bag to ensure tolerance as no refunds can be given.
