25 - 40 kg 3 capsules daily (2 morning, 1 evening)
over 40kg 4 capsules daily (2 morning, 2 evening)
In general, after the initial six week loading period, daily intake can be reduced to:

If reduction causes a regression in the condition, intake can be increased slowly until an optimum level is reached.
This can either be given whole, or sprinkled onto, or mixed in with the dog's food.
